Hello I'm Jack
My name is Jack Parker, and I am a small business entrepreneur. Straight out of High School I knew I wanted to focus on something that helped people, and made money at the same time. Thats when a friend introduced me to the many ways to invest in real estate. Homeownership is an American staple everybody deserves.
My Story
Ever since I can remember, I have always been business minded. When I was 7 I was having lemonade stands, and selling old books. By the time I was 8, I stepped it up and started a lawn care business charging $5 per house. When I was 14 I got my first job at a restaurant, that I ended up running by myself for 2 years with lines out the door daily. When I was 19 I stumbled across Real Estate Investing, which is now my true passion.
Real Estate Investing gives me the freedom to work virtually anywhere in the country, while also educating and advising people about one of life's biggest assets. I have stopped many Foreclosures and auctions, ultimately saving the homeowners credit, I have taken over and caught up payments on mortgages when people are behind, and I have also partnered with multiple investors to Fix and Flip properties.
